North Central Mindanao College (NCMC) is excited to launch the Enrollment Ambassador Program for the upcoming school year 2025–2026. This program invites all currently enrolled students and employees to become Ambassadors by referring new or transferring students—called Newcomers—to join the NCMC community.

Who Can Join?
The program is open to all active NCMC students and employees, except those who were dropped or are returnees from the last semester. Newcomers include students enrolling or transferring into College, High School, or Elementary levels.

How Does It Work?
Ambassadors refer newcomers through the official NCMC Referral Form, submitting necessary documents such as Form 137, Certificate of Registration, and Dean’s Endorsement. For Basic Education referrals, both parties sign a Memorandum of Understanding to ensure prize accountability.

Each referral helps Ambassadors earn raffle entries: five college newcomers equal one raffle entry, while two newcomers from High School or Elementary equal one entry. Ambassadors can earn up to ten raffle entries, and can collaborate by sharing newcomers to qualify.

Exciting Prizes Await!
Students can win major prizes like laptops, tablets, smartphones, and printers, along with practical rewards such as kilos of rice. Employees can also receive kilos of rice and possibly major prizes. Newcomers receive educational materials, school supplies, and special prizes like educational tablets for elementary students.

The raffle draw will take place on NCMC Foundation Day in September 2025. To claim prizes, both Ambassadors and Newcomers must remain officially enrolled and active.

Ensuring Fairness and Transparency
The program includes strict fraud prevention measures, with all referrals verified through official enrollment documents and random audits by the Student Affairs Office. Tracking is done via a digital platform integrated with the student information system to ensure transparency.
